Gyumri Mayor cancelled his official visit
Gyumri Mayor Samvel Balasanyan has cancelled his official visit to U.S. Glendale city and is returning to Gyumri. Samvel Balasanyan left for Glendale some days ago but after having learnt about tragic murder in Gyumri on January 12 he cancelled the visit within the frames of which memorandum of cooperation was intended to be signed between Gyumri and Glendale.
