Armenians can stay in Russia for 30 days without registration: panarmenian.net
RF State Duma ratified the agreement with Armenia, according to which the citizens of two countries can stay for 30 days without registration in Russia or Armenia. Such approach operates in case of Belarusian citizens according to the agreement, which sets equal rights for displacement and choice of residence for the citizens of two countries. There is such agreement also between Russia and Kazakhstan. Details here
