Black ice on Goris-Sisian highway
The RA Ministry of Transport and Communication informs that on November 19 as of 09:30 there is no precipitation in the republic. There is black ice on some parts of Goris-Sisian highway, the roads are being cleaned with salt and sand. Interstate and republican roads are open.
