This landmark May 1, 2026 initiative delivers a comprehensive framework grounded in transparency, accountability, and performance (T•A•P), supporting Biblically inspired world-class benchmarking and management excellence, the "Framework". The 23-page template provides Armenian leaders with systematic methodologies for evidence-based institutional analysis and improved church governance.
The template integrates four foundational elements: church attendance evaluation systems, financial profile metrics, the "Framework" and T•A•P principles, and materials for pilot implementation. Khachkar Studios developed the template and used Saints Sahag and Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church in Providence, Rhode Island, as a reference case to demonstrate how churches can apply the framework in practice.
