Ministry: There are blocked and heavy-going roads in Armenia
Snowfalls were reported across Armenia as of 9:30 am, according to the Ministry of Transport and Communications. Saravan-Gorayk, Artik-Maralik, Artik-Norashen roadways and Meghri mountain pass are heavy-going because of blizzards and poor visibility. Vardenyants mountain pass is closed. All other roads of interstate and republican importance are open to traffic. Snow cleaning continues across the country. The Ministry calls on drivers to use only winter tyres to avoid accidents on the roads.
