Ombudsman addressed to Prosecutor and Minister in connection with Gaspari’s issue (video)
Newly-appointed Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan personally hasn’t visited Vardges Gaspari, as he didn’t manage, but he assured that he had addressed the RA Prosecutor General and the Minister of Justice in connection with Gaspari’s issue. “I addressed the Prosecutor General in order to start procedure in connection with that case within the frames of “Criminal Procedure Law”. I want to say that I will be consistent as I consider it to be a very important issue. As for the visits, I demanded clarifications from the Minister of Justice, as well as clarifications connected with ill-treatment,” stated Ombudsman.
