Gaspari wasn’t notified appropriately
The court hearing in the case of the civic activist Vardges Gaspari today ended without starting. Judge Nelly Baghdasaryan asked the advocate Tigran Yegoryan why Gaspari wasn’t present at the sitting. She gave 5 minutes’ time to the advocate in order to find out the reason, and Yegoryan answered that Gaspari hadn’t been notified appropriately. To remind, during the previous court hearing the judge made Gaspari leave the court hearing for 6 hours. Advocate Yegoryan was surprised at such a decision of the judge as the court itself relieved him of the sittings. The next court hearing will take place on March 9.
