Today the forensic psychiatric examination lasted very short, as the defense party appealed the decision to Prosecutor General's Office. Tigran Yegoryan, advocate of Vardges Gaspari, considers the forensic psychiatric examination as a type of pressure, “Criminal prosecution is an alternative and very often it is more effective from the point of view of making people obey, discrediting people.” By the way, according to the words of Yegoryan, the investigator was offended by their appeal and proposed undergoing examination personally, if there are doubts about him. “And I suggested that he undergo examination before Gaspari’s examination. But he avoided by saying that he underwent 7 years ago when being hired,” said the advocate. The parties will be additionally informed about the day of the forensic psychiatric examination.
