Opinion: Perhaps the Republicans want to stay in power for 70 years (video)
On March 4, the New Armenia Public Salvation Front held another open air press conference at Liberty Square. “As there are not special procedures we have decided to continue press conferences in ordinary format,” said Varuzhan Avetisyan, a member of the opposition group. At the same time he reminded that pressures on the members of New Armenia movement continue. Anyway, the group is convinced that they can still bring back the lost spring. Unlike the representatives of the opposition group, our citizens do not believe that the situation may change in the country in the future. “I do not see any opposition force that can change anything. Perhaps the Republicans want to stay in power for 70 years as the Communists did once,” said a citizen.
