Gaspari didn’t accept public defender (video)
Liana Gasparyan, public defender on the case of activist Vardges Gaspari, today left the courtroom by noting that she didn’t have the consent of the defendant to participate in the court hearings. “Go away, go away, go away,” exclaimed Gaspari and left the courtroom. Earlier Gaspari urged the defender to sit by the prosecutor. At the moment judge Nelli Baghdasaryan is at the consultation room in order to assess this step of the defender. To remind, during the previous court hearing the judge removed Gaspari’s three advocates from the proceedings.
