Mediation to fine Gaspari AMD 400 000
Prosecutor Manukyan on the case of civic activist Vardges Gaspari mediated in his speech to plead Gaspari guilty to the proposed accusation and fine him AMD 400 000. During the speech of the prosecutor Gaspari wasn’t at the courtroom, as he protested against the court actions, lay down and left the courtroom. The judge also examined the proofs existing in the case, which are comprised of 118 pages. At the moment the court has announced a break in order to find out whether Gaspari was going to use the right to the last word. To remind, Vardges Gaspari is charged with offending two police officers as well as Administrative Court Judge Ruzanna Hakobyan
