What is on the basis of NK issue resolution according to Warlick
The withdrawal of the Armenian troops from the ‘occupied’ territories is on the basis of the Nagorno Karabakh issue resolution, said the US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick in Baku, informs Azatutyun. It is also necessary to clarify the status of Karabakh, said Warlick, calling upon the sides to immediately resume the negotiations. Today the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs are travelling to Artsakh, Warlick wrote on Twitter. They will arrive in Armenia on April 9.
