Basque Parliament responds to Azeri offensive in Karabakh
On April 14, the Basque Parliament passed a resolution condemning Azerbaijan for unleashing large-scale military operations against the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. at the same time it expresses support for the peaceful settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict. The Basque Parliament hails the armistice agreement reached on April 5 and hopes that it will be respected by the conflicting sides. It also urges to create mechanisms to investigate instances of ceasefire violations, the press service of the NKR Foreign Ministry reports.
