According to press reports, three soldiers wounded in Karabakh early in April want to go abroad for treatment purposes. But local doctors say they can treat them in Armenia. The parents insist that they sons be sent abroad. Cannot you solve the problem? Hovik Abrahamyan said laws need to be enacted. “In some case, the Health Minister says the trip will not yield results but we understand that parents do not lose hope and want to try everything.
