Nairit employees to take drastic steps (video)
Former employees of Nairit plant today have gathered outside the Presidential Palace. They are demanding from Serzh Sargsyan to be consistent in the issue of relaunch of Nairit plant. They have sent a letter-note with such a demand also to the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, but they aren’t satisfied. “We want to receive an answer from the Presidential Palace. We want the staff of the President to immediately deal with our issue. We demand relaunch of Nairit,” said one of the action participants. Nairit employees announced that after the response of the Ministry they will decide their future steps how to reach fulfillment of their demand. “It may be closure of road, sit-down strike, the people, whose demand hasn’t been fulfilled over the years, will take various steps,” they said. Nairit plant employees also called on their colleagues, who were also dismissed from their jobs, to joint their protest action. Next Thursday they will again gather outside the Presidential Palace.
