4+4+4 format talks get underway: Government, opposition, civil society finalize draft Electoral Code (video)
The 4+4+4 format meeting over the draft election code is underway in the National Assembly. The working group is discussing the drafting and signing of an agreement on the organization and conduct of electoral processes. The 4+4+4 format negotiations were propose by Levon Zurabyan, the head of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) parliamentary faction who suggested that the government, opposition and NGOs be represented by four delegates in the meetings.
