All events cancelled in Gyumri
All events planned to be held in Armenia’s second largest city of Gyumri on Wednesday on the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of Independence have been cancelled, Gyumri’s Municipality said on its website. As reported earlier several parties, including GALA, Civil Contract, Consolidation and Balasyan Alliance, suspended election campaigns after hearing about the death of Arshak Grigoryan, the son of Vardevan Grigoryan, a candidate of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) who is running in the October 2 by-elections in Gyumri.
