There is a hope to reopen Nairit plant
Again former employees of Nairit plant gathered outside the Government building. They didn’t hold protest action; they had learnt that there are investors, who want to reopen the plant. PM Karen Karapetyan today received the investors of EU ASIA Busines Finance Centre holding. The company is going to invest USD 1-2 billion in Armenia, having reopening of Nairit as a priority. After a 2-hour discussion the 11-member delegation left the Government building and headed to the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, though they had promised to talk to Nairit plant employees.
