The RA Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies reports that there was a rock-fall on the 313^th km of Kapan-Kajaran interstate road on November 2, at about 23:30 p.m. As a result of the efforts of Kapan road construction company employees, the stones were quickly removed from the road and as of 2:00 a.m. the road became trafficable.
