The Hotline Service “114” of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs received 5249 calls in October 2016. A total of 1379 citizens wanted to get information about pensions, 1064 – about benefits, 390 - about family security, 140 – about lump-sum child allowance and 121 – about maternity allowance and 81 - about the funded component of the pension system. In addition, 49 citizens wanted to get information about expert medical and social examination, 612 – about compensation of bank deposits and other issues related to the sector. Overall 57complaints were received on October 1. One of them was addressed to the Medical-Social Expert Commission, five to regional offices of Social Service Agencies, one to the territorial divisions of the State Employment Agency and 50 to the territorial divisions of the State Social Security Service.
