The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that all state and interstate highways in Armenia were passable as of 1.p.m. There is fog in Goris, Kapan and Kajaran cities in Syunik region as well as in Tavush region. According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles.
