Today disciplinary sanction has been applied against Ararat Khandoyan, brother of “Sasna Dzrer” group’s member Arayik Khandoyan. He has been moved to solitary confinement. “The cell is in ground floor, it is cold and damp there, the window is broken and the cold penetrates into the cell,” Ararat Khandoyan disseminated such a statement from the Nubarashen prison.
