Another Armenian injured in Moscow-Yerevan bus crash transferred to Armenia

Another Armenian citizen injured in a traffic accident near Beslan was moved to Armenia yesterday. The condition of the 26 year-old Armenian, who received multiple injuries, was estimated as serious. The young man received medical assistance at a clinical centre in Vladikavkaz and then in multi-profile hospitals of Beslan. After several operations his health condition was described as satisfactory. As a result, physicians considered his transfer to Armenia as possible. An ambulance from a Vanadzor hospital went to Upper Larsi checkpoint after him. At present, doctors are examining him to organize further rehabilitation. Fifteen citizens of Armenia injured in the bus crash in North Ossetia were transferred to Armenia after receiving the necessary medical care in Russia. Five people were killed, and 27 others injured when a passenger bus en route from Moscow to Yerevan crashed in North Ossetia on October 14, six kilometers away from the city of Beslan. The bodies of the two victims – Arevik Lunonyan and Yuri Poghosya- were transported to Armenia on the same day. The other three victims were citizens of the Russian Federation.
