Spitak turns are difficult to pass
According to the Ministry of ES of RA on December 1 by 11.00 all state and interstate highways in the Republic are mainly passable. Spitak turns are difficult to pass. Black-ice is formed on Sotk-Karvachar highway and Jajur turns. According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia the Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles. MES
