“If judge took bribe, today he wouldn’t live in a rented apartment” (video)
The trial into the case of Ishkhan Barseghyan, Judge of Court of General Jurisdiction of Shengavit Administrative district, has kicked off. To remind, the Judge is accused of taking bribe; advocate Elza Zakaryan is also involved in the case. According to materials of the case, she was the third party while taking the bribe. Zhora Barseghyan, uncle of Judge Ishkhan Barseghyan, expressed his viewpoint that the Judge couldn’t have taken bribe, as if he was engaged in such affairs, today he wouldn’t live in a rented house, “Chairman of Court of Cassation Arman Mkrtumyan stands behind all this.”
