Some roads are closed; black ice and storm on some sections
According to the Ministry of ES of RA on December 15 by 19.00 some roads are difficult to pass in the RA territory. Vardenyats mountain pass and Berd-Chambarak highway are closed. Sotk-Karvachar, Saravan-"Zanger", Stepanavan-Odzun, Vanadzor-Dilijan, Gyumri-Armavir, Gyumri-Amasia, Gyumri-Vanadzor, Gyumri-Lanjik, Gyumri-Jajur as well as the roads of Syunik, Tavush and Kotayk Provinces are difficult to pass. Black-ice is formed on Tigranashen turns. It is snowing in the city of Charentsavan of Kotayk marz and the city of Jermuk of Vayots Dzor marz. There is storm on Berd-Chambarak road. According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles except for trucks in case of using tire chains.
