Public Council proposes to create structure that will unite Armenia and the Diaspora (video)
The Public Council proposes to set up a national council, considering the fact that the number of people living in Armenia is twice as small as the number of Armenians living in different parts of the world. Arshak Sadoyan, a member of the Public Council, says the national council will act as a monolithic organization uniting the Diaspora and Armenia. It will become a national structure for cooperation and mutual assistance. “Our aim is to create a structure that will carry out knowledge-based and targeted activities for all Armenians and will be able to confront challenges more easily,” he said.
