Three underage children left by their father appear in the street (video)
Narine Manukyan from Gyumri together with her three underage children appeared in the street. The family, which three years ago returned from Shirak region’s Byurakn community to Gyumri, lives in a rented domik. The father of the family left for seasonal work and mother must take care of the children alone. Conditioned by hard social conditions of the family, the children have health problems and are not able to attend school. Watch details in the video of “Tsayg”!
