Candidate of “Yelk”: We have HHK 1, HHK 2, HHK 3 (video)
Campaign lacked any subject and was like a resource marathon, Ruben Rubinyan, lawmaker’s candidate from Yelk (Way out) alliance told the journalists. According to his observation, during the campaign he met opponents, who didn’t differ from each other. “Tsarukyan alliance, in essence, is an alternative Republican Party (HHK). We have a situation when the choice is between alternative HHKs. We have HHK 1, HHK 2, HHK 3, we have ‘HAK’ non-governmental organization responsible for HHK’s peace line, we have Armenian ‘non-revolutionary’ Federation responsible for HHK’s nationalism line. Manuk Sukiasyan, representative of Tsarukyan alliance, doesn’t consider any comparison with the HHK to be appropriate, as in the political field there aren’t people, who have never had any connection with the authorities. Yelk candidate is sure that Armenia needs systemic changes and there are people, who don’t fit that logic. According to the words of representative of Tsarukyan alliance, even Prime Minister himself doesn’t have the answer whether he will hold his post or not if the HHK forms majority. Manuk Sukiasyan is sure they will have an opportunity to form government, and if need arises, they will unite with any power, but that power won’t be Republican.
