“Millions of euros were spent, but live streaming failed” (video)
The authorities of Armenia spent millions of euros, but failed live streaming of elections, says Levon Barseghyan, member of the coordination group of “Citizen observer” initiative, “As I have managed to notice, now there is 80 percent breakdown, our people are supervising, conclusion will be later, but I have noticed that only one out of 5 cameras was providing live streaming.” Watch details in the video!
