Vano Siradeghyan's decision to be refuted
The streets of Amiryan Street will be named after King Vramshapuh. According to the statement, Arsen Amirian was an Armenian Bolshevik, born in 1881 in Baku. In 1902-1906 he was an ordinary member of the ARF. In 1910, Amirian became a member of the Bolshevik Party. Amiryan's February revolution of 1917 led the political and propagandist activity in the proletariat of Baku. He was a member of the Baku Communist Party. After the collapse of the Commune (July 30, 1918), he was arrested and was shot on September 20 with 26 Baku commissars. In the 1990s, after Armenia's independence, the Amiryan Street was transformed into the name of the Armenian King Vramshapuh. During the Vano Siradeghyan municipality (1996-1998), the aforementioned street was named Amiryan, until today. The reason for returning the old name to the street was the fact that the street residents did not adapt and did not accept the new name.
