V. Tsarukyan's kiosk as a cause of protest (video)
The Gyumri residents complain about the kiosk located on the Shahumyan Street in Gyumri, since the kiosk's location is disturbing traders. After the structural work on the back of the kiosk, the kiosk has also been demolished partially and has become a dangerous area. Local merchants have applied to the Gyumri Municipality for this issue. They received a written response that the kiosk was placed illegally. However, no steps have been taken to solve this issue. The kiosk belongs to Gyumri resident Valessia Tsarukyan. He is ready to remove a kiosk, if he will be provided a damages compensation.
