Prosecutor does not have power of attorney, the case to continue on February 28 - HQAV
On February 5, the Yerevan City Court of General Jurisdiction (Kentron) rescinded the claim of Helsinki Citizens' AssemblyVanadzor (HCAV) against the RA General Prosecutor's Office. The court prosecutor Shahbazyan did not have the appropriate power of attorney. The case was postponed until February 28, 2018.
