National Assembly not to hold session

The regular sitting of the National Assembly today failed due to the lack of quorum. Only Republican MPs were present at the session. Speaker of the National Assembly Ara Babloyan stated that the registration of the NA Rules of Procedure will last for up to 4 hours. Vahe Enfiajyan, Secretary of the Tsarukyan faction who was present at the session, stated that they had declared a boycott. The session lasted 10 minutes.   An argument took place between the RPA MP Shushan Petrosyan and the Tsarukyan alliance MP Naira Zohrabyan in the NA hall today. "If you once again try to comment or do something during my or my collegues' speech, you will see," said Naira Zohrabyan. Shushan Petroysan did not comment on the incident. "I have already said what I wanted to say," Naira Zohrabyan said as an answer to journalists' uestions. By the way, 29 MPs were registered today. Besides the RPA MPs, the Yelk (Way Out) faction MP Artak Zeynalyan and the Tsarukyan alliance Secretary Vahe Enfianjyan were in the session hall. The latter made a statement. By the way, almost all members of the Tsarukyan alliance were in the NA but did not enter the session hall.
