LABOR CODE WILL PROTECT EMPLOYEES
Support A1+!Last week MPs were presented to the “New Labor Code”. Justice Deputy Minister Tigran Mukuchyan introduced it.
But taking into account passivity of law-makers, Parliament Committee on Social Issues, Health Care and Ecology, headed by Gagik Mkheyan, has today initiated hearings in Parliament, which will enable to improve the bill, Mkheyan thinks.
Today Tigran Mukuchyan has again represented ”Labor Code” bill. Members of various Ministries and Departments partook in the hearings. They made their own proposals on the bill. Committee Chair Gagik Mkheyan informed that their suggestions would be taken into consideration, too.
The bill is to be amended and put to Parliament judgment.
According to the bill authors, it properly regulates the relations between employees and employers.
