“I WON’T SPEAK ABOUT THE PRELIMINARY INVESTMENTS”
Support A1+!The papers on sale of 100%stocks of “Nairit Factory” CJSC were signed in Central Bank of Armenia. Russia’s “Volga Burmash” Holding bought “Nairit Factory” from “HayKap” Bank CJSC.
Armenian Central Bank Chair Tigran Sargssyan assures the bargain was made after long negotiations. He thanked Armenian Trade and Economic Development Minister Karen Chshmarityan for support in the process.
According to Chshmarityan, the previous attempts to sell “Nairit Factory” failed because not only finance potential of a buying company but also the experience of it in the sphere are to be taken into account when striking such bargains.
”Volga Burmash” Holding representative Mikhail Zavertyaev says their holding had 200 million $ revenue last year.
Mr Zavertyaev didn’t speak about the sale price and preliminary investments. “I won’t make anything public since the process will last for 3,5 months. But I promise a good future is in store for the factory”.
