The negotiations carried on by the creditors,the Credit Yerevan Bank provisional administration and the Central Bank governing body had no result.Today the creditors have been represented the new decision of the administration. But according to their words, the solution is not changed at all and CB treaty doesn’t contain enough safe-guards.

They are suggested to conclude a new treaty for a year with low percents .Those who are against will lose their accounts. Creditors say they have no means of subsistence.The percents of their accounts were the only way to live on and that’s why they are on the point of carrying it through.
