THE LAW DRAFT ON "THE SEISMIC PROTECTION" IS UNDER DISCUSSION
Support A1+!The National Service for the Seismic Protection and the Extremal situation administration have discussed the law draft on "The seismic protection". The law draft author is the head of the National seismic service Sergey Balasanyan.
The discussion participants were indignant at the fact that Mr Balasanyan hadn't taken into consideration the experts and scientists' opinions. He either didn't acted regardless of the Extremal situation administration.
The participants evaluated the law draft as a training aids and as a student's course work. The head of Parliament Social, Health Protection and Ecology matters committee Gagik Tadevosyan suggested not to critisize the law draft and to wait for the final decision.
