Support A1+!The World bank experts have elaborated the heating supply strategy for 4 Armenian cities. The strategy execution depends on the Government that must represent the credit project to the bank.
The strategy's aim is to restruct the central heating system. The main obstacles in the system develpoment way are the abandoned apartments because system doesn't imply cutting off the heating of the separate flats.
