THE TRIAL ON MUSHEGH SAGHATELYAN
Support A1+!Today the trial on the former director of prisons' administration Mushegh Saghatelyan started. The state prosecutor Koryun Piloyan announced the accusation sentence. Due to it Mushegh Saghatelyan took high positions and recieved the title of colonel using the false deploma of high education. Overusing his position Saghatelyan violenced many people as well as some National Assembly deputies and the defendant on 27-th of October teract Misak Mkrtchyan.
And the last most important accusation is that as if Mushegh Saghatelyan disclosed that 27-th of October teract was organized by Robert Kocharyan and Serj Sargsyan.
The lawyer Robert Grigoryan declared that the defendant has health problems. He suggested to change the preventive punishment - arrest. The lawyer assured that the defendant will not ban the process of trial. With the same request several National Assembly deputies had turned to the court. But the solicitation was denied.
