Support A1+!Today a discussion was held on the the bill "About control over smoking" in the National Institute of Health Care. The bill is too mild, considered the participants.
The bill restricts advertisement on tabacco to some extent, regulates contents of publicity, puts restrictions to tobacco sale. Smoking in health care institutions, museums, concert halls etc., but not in state bodies, is forbidden. It is hardly a secret that some of parliament members protect the interests of tabacco companies. Most of the parliament members are heavy smokers. But not all of them. Even Alvard Petrosyan, for example, does not smoke.
Developed countries, on their side, promissed to support antitabacco campaigne, through tariff policy for instance.
