THE COURT IGNORED THE PENSIONERS' APPEAL

Today in the Court of Appeal 42 former servicemen demanded from the Ministries of Internal Affairs and National Security to restore their pensions reduced 30-60% according to the 5 th point of 778th decision by Government. Though the representatives of the Ministries realized they infringed the law on the servicemen social security, they, nevertheless, couldn't avoid to carry out the Superior's decision.

As the plaintiffs assure their pensions don't exceed the maximal rate fixed by the prime-minister. Nevertheless, judge Alvard Hunanyan decided to ignore the pensioners' suit.
