Support A1+!Today the parliamentary commission on the 27-th of October teract held another assembly. The assembly was discussing the problem of one-man cell’s visiting and registering the facts of violence against the prisoners.
The part of the commission members think that visits should be continued thus proving the fact of violence against prisoners. The rest thinks that anyway it is not possible to find out impartial facts about violence, because just after the talk with deputies the prisoners have to return to one-man cells and be again under the control of the same men of law.
