RUBEN HAKOBYAN WILL APPEAL TO THE COURT OF APPEAL
Support A1+!Ruben Hakobyan, the author of the ArTarumyan type, keeps on insisting that HSBC Armenia bank infringed upon his copyright. The first Instance Court of Nork-Marash communities threw out the action brought against the bank by Ruben Hakobyan.
He is on the point of appealing to the Court of Appeal because the photoes proving infringement fact, the national agency certificate, conclusion of Language Department and expert examination were not used in trial.
