LAW DRAFT ON MASS MEDIA OR CENSORSHIP?
Support A1+!Journalists gathered together in the Press National Club cosider unacceptable new law draft on "Mass Media" that has been so called improved by Government. Those to have been aware of the amendments in the law by Government say that the made amendments are superficial and Government still stands its ground in the fundamental questions.
Some political figures as well share the journalists' opinion. Viktor Dallakyan, the head of the Parliament State-Legal Matters Committee considers the law draft as a law on censorship in Armenia.
The journalists and the political figures made a statement which insists that the law draft on "Mass Media" is to be banned from circulation.
