THE VIDEOTAPE ON 27 TH OF OCTOBER IS MONTAGED

"The videotape on 27th of October was montaged, Russian experts had come to this conclusion",- announced Oleg Yunoshev, Vazgen Sargsyan's assignee. As Mr. Yunoshev said by the Prosecutor Gagik Jhangiryan's decision the videotape was seized from Public TV Committee head Tigran Naghdalyan not at the same day as was to be but 4 days after the teract and was attached to the case as a material evidence 9 months after teract.

Yunoshev also considers obscure that the videotaped material of 9 minutes and 36 seconds long was attached to the case instead of the 51-minute-long one in Parliament Hall.

Nevertheless, the Court considers inexpedient to send the videotape for expert examination which seems strange,-thinks Yunoshev.

Oleg Yunoshev also noticed that he was pursued by unknown people. In the end the Russian advocate announced that people engaged in the case were not the only guilty ones.
