COMPETITION ON TV PROGRAMS' BROADCASTING LICENCE HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT FOR THE FIRST TIME
Support A1+!A competition on TV programs broadcasting licence has been carried out for the first time in Armenia. In a short period amendments were made upon the law approved in October 2000. The main logic of them was to do so as private stations were out of pressure by authorities.
Grigor Amalyan, the head of the TV and Radio National Committee, thinks that a thing like the Committee staff become implement could not happen.
Talking about the competition president Robert Kocharyan stresses the fact the Committee is free. Only the decisions made by the Committee can prove his words.
