Support A1+!Till now all the tested defendants on the 27-th of October teract persisted that Nairi Hunanyan gave his red paper folder to the journalist Nairi Badalyan, then entered the lavatory of the National Assembly, spent there a few seconds and then took direction to the hall of the National Assembly. Nairi Hunanyan in the testimony mentioned also that after coming out of the lavatory he saw Vram Galstyan standing at the window. Today Vram Galstyan rejected this saying that he didn’t see Nairi entering the lavatory. Galstyan declared that with Karen he entered one door and Nairi Hunanyan with Nairi Badalyan took another direction. By the way today Galstyan mentioned a few times that he saw Nairi Badalyan at the red entry.
”If this testimony of Galstyan’s is proved, testimonies of many witnesses and defendants will contradict each other,” says lawyer Ashot Sargsyan. Just after the inquiry of the defendant he is going to solicite for a research following an aim to check the accuracy of the testimony.
