According to N 92 letter content written by TV and Radio National Commission on 02.04.2002 "TV Network of Armenia" State CJSC was demanded to ban "A1+" TV Channel broadcasting on the 37 th frequency range.

"Meltex" LTD appealed against the decree of the Economic Court of Armenia, meanwhile as a measure to ensure the suit an application was sent in for forbidding to ban "A1+" TV Channel broadcasting. The Court ignored the solicitation for the suit ensurance measure on the ground that TV and Radio National Commission has no authority to ban broadcasting.

Actually, the Commision overstepped its plenary powers thus banning "A1+" TV Channel broadcasting and causing damage to the Company.

Actions by TV and Radio National Commission are of illegal background, so we kindly ask you to liquidate obstacles put in "A1+" TV Channel broadcasting way.
