TO TV AND RADIO NATIONAL COMMISSION HEAD GRIGOR AMALYAN

According to N 92 letter content written by you on 02.04.2002 you demand "TV Network of Armenia" State CJSC to ban "A1+" TV Channel broadcasting on the 37 th frequency range.

"Meltex" LTD appealed against your decision in the Economic Court of Armenia, meanwhile as a measure to ensure the suit an application was sent in for forbidding you to ban "A1+" TV Channel broadcasting. The Court ignored the solicitation for the suit ensurance measure on the ground that TV and Radio National Commission has no authority to ban broadcasting.

Actually, the Commision overstepped its plenary powers thus banning "A1+" TV Channel broadcasting and causing damage to the Company.

Here we represent the Economical Court decree and ask you to fulfil requirements of Legislation currently in force, i.e., to invalidate your letter about "A1+" TV Company broadcasting ban.
